EduBadi is an independent educational project operated by Ramu Emmadi as an individual, not through a registered company — Ramu Emmadi is the person responsible for the data practices described here.

EduBadi does not require you to create an account, log in or provide any personal information to access our content. We do not collect, store or process any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address or phone number unless you contact us directly — for example, by emailing us or using the contact form, in which case we only use what you send us to reply to you.

EduBadi uses functional cookies that are necessary for the website to work correctly. We are also preparing to use Google AdSense to display advertisements once our application is approved (it has not been approved yet at the time of writing). 5. Children's Privacy (COPPA / India DPDP Act)
EduBadi is an educational platform designed for students in Class 8, 9 and 10 (typically aged 13–16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not ask for or store any information that could identify a student. Parents or guardians with concerns may contact us at contact@edubadi.com.
We aim to comply with applicable Indian law regarding digital personal data (the DPDP Act, 2023) and take the privacy of minors seriously. We do not serve targeted advertising specifically directed at minors.
6. YouTube Videos
Some lessons contain links to YouTube videos. When a video plays within our site, YouTube's own privacy policy and cookie practices apply.
7. Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This data is anonymised and aggregated and does not identify individual users. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
